Green cabbage
1/2 medium head, thinly sliced
Apple
1 small, thinly sliced
Olive oil
1 tablespoon
Caraway seed
1 teaspoon
Apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon
Salt and black pepper
To taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add cabbage, apple, and caraway. Cook 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender with some browned edges.
  3. Stir in vinegar, season to taste, and cook 1 minute more.
