Apples
4 medium, cored and sliced
Ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon
Rolled oats
1/3 cup / 30 g
Chopped walnuts or sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons, optional
Water
2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 375°F / 190°C.
  2. Toss apples with cinnamon and place in a baking dish. Add water to the dish.
  3. Sprinkle oats and optional nuts or seeds over the apples.
  4. Bake 25–30 minutes until the apples are tender.

Equipment: baking dish, knife, mixing bowl.
